As we are approaching the annual performance evaluation spring due date, we would like to invite you to attend a session on “How to Write A Performance Evaluation.” The LAS HR team would like to offer our support, guidance, and some best practice tips for help in successfully writing your employee’s annual evaluation. As a reminder, the annual performance evaluations for LAS staff are due on or before Tuesday, April 30, 2019, with the exception of merit employees. Merit employee annual reviews correspond with their original date of hire.
The session times of the trainings are listed below. We hope that you will be able to join us for one of these sessions (coffee and treats will be offered). We want this review process to be value added and positive for both yourselves as the supervisor and your employees.
