Boeing is offering Iowa State University students the opportunity to showcase their creativity, innovation and technical skills during the second annual Boeing Innovation Challenge (BIC)!
This is a multi-university competition that brings diverse students together to demonstrate their capabilities in a fast paced, open innovation teaming environment. You can compete and cooperate with students from other selected universities to propose ideas that will make the creation and operation of commercial jetliners better for the future.
This year’s competition has three focus areas:
1. Simplifying commercial airplanes.
2. Creating adaptable and flexible airplane cabins.
3. Bringing advances from other industries to commercial aviation.
Your team’s ideas can help shape an Industry that drives the economies of the world and connects cultures. Diverse multi-disciplinary teams are encouraged.
The September 10th kick-off will introduce the 2019/2020 Boeing Innovation Challenge to all students at the participating universities.
