People to People Virtual Career Fair

The People to People Career Fair offers employers and students a professional environment in which to connect and discuss internships and full-time employment opportunities in the following fields:

  • Social/Human Services | Health/Wellness
  • Government | Hospitality | Event Management
  • Professional Schools
This year the career fairs will be virtual. Connect with hundreds of organizations via chat, video, and/or audio communication. Registration will be opening soon – save the date!Be sure to register in advance so you can add your resume and view/research attending organizations. This also allows organizations to reach out to your directly! Watch this quick video to learn more. To Participate:  

Register 

  1. Login to CyHire 
  2. Click “Events” > “Career Fairs” on the left side of the homepage 
  3. Click on the name of the fair 
  4. Click “Attend” and add your resume, if needed (upload as a PDF) 

Review information on participating organizations, including their video chat platform and availability during the fair 

  1. Click on the “Employers” tab within the fair 
  2. Click on the name of the organization 

Day of  – login to CyHire and join 1:1 video chat queues 

  1. Click on the “Employers” tab within the fair 
  2. Click on the name of the organization 
  3. Click “Join Queue” – you can view your upcoming video chats and will be notified when it’s your turn 
  4. When you join the chat, follow the instructions to connect with the representative using their selected platform 
    • You can join up to three queues at a time.
    • Return to CyHire to end the chat, make notes, obtain contact information, and join your next queue
