Aurore Delaigle, professor of statistics at the University of Melbourne, Australia, will give a lecture entitled, “Estimating a Covariance Function from Fragments of Functional Data.” The lecture will be presented virtually.

Delaigle is joint editor in chief of the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society, Series B. She is an elected fellow of the Australian Academy of Science, a fellow of the American Statistical Association, a fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics, and an elected member of the International Statistical Institute.
