Description: Our guest for this month’s café is Anna Hatch, the Program Director for the Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA). The DORA team works with institutions to improve policy and practice by documenting case studies, curating resources, and developing tools to reimagine research assessment. Anna will address DORA’s work to move research and faculty assessment away from journal-based metrics in hiring, promotion, and funding decisions.
