Get hands-on experience with some of the nation’s top consumer media brands through the 2022-2023 Dotdash Meredith Apprentice Program.
The Greenlee School’s partnership with Dotdash Meredith—America’s largest digital and print publisher—places ten Iowa State students in editorial and graphic design apprenticeships for an entire academic year with brands and departments such as Better Homes and Gardens, Allrecipes, Midwest Living/Meredith Travel Media, Successful Farming, Meredith Premium Publishing, Meredith Ecommerce and more. The paid positions also qualify for Greenlee’s 400-hour required 499A internship.
Join us for free pizza at an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 1, from 8 to 9 p.m. in 172 Hamilton Hall. You can also attend virtually through Webex.
Next year’s apprenticeships include both editorial and graphic design positions with Des Moines-based media brands. Some opportunities may also be available for remote assignments with teams based in New York and other offices. More information about assignments will be available at the meeting. Apprentices must be junior or senior status by fall 2022 and commit to working both the fall 2022 and spring 2023 semesters.
The application will be posted on the Greenlee School website on March 2. Applications are due Friday, March 25, by noon.
